12-Day Rehab is a stay-at-home intensive and interactive 12-day Christian drug rehab program and Christian alcohol rehab program.

Treatment Modality:
Our program utilizes the Healing Model Approach to addiction treatment. Our understanding of addiction is similar to that of the medical model; except that our model acknowledges the universality of original sin rather than assumes the inherent goodness of the human race (from secular philosophy). What this simply means is that we believe all human beings have a predisposition to doing wrong. This manifests itself in various ways and behaviors, and in some individuals, addictions are symptoms of this inward nature towards wrongdoing. The Healing Model provides hope, as we believe every individual is created personally by a loving Heavenly Father who wants nothing more than to deliver His son or daughter from addiction into freedom.

Self-help Bibliotherapy is used to bring the damaged emotions and unresolved conflicts to the surface. This awareness will result in the addiction becoming no longer necessary. The Healing Model attempts to heal the emotional woundedness that insight reveals, through prayer therapy and by using specific words or symbolic acts of spiritual application. Specific Biblical stories and topics are used to teach methods of Christ-like living and communication, and challenge clients to recognize the value of Christ-like transformation.

Our drug and alcohol rehab program places strong emphasis on the relational value of God and an awakening awareness of "Who we are in Christ."This 12-day Brief Therapy Model uses "Unconditional Love and Acceptance," modeling Hope and Healing by Christ. The Healing Model promotes abstinence from substance and behavior rather than moderation.

Treatment Clientele:
Clients must be prepared and motivated to participate in this Christian Renewal Program. Primarily targeted to those struggling with addictions, this Christian drug and alcohol rehab program is designed to minister to and counsel those who are struggling with many other life issues as well (relationship struggles, mild anxiety, depression, and anyone desiring to learn Christian life-skills).

This treatment is not designed for those needing drug or alcohol detoxification or those coerced into treatment by an intervention.

12-day Intensive Program: Phase One
Daily lectures target self-destructive patterns of behavior and underlining emotional blocking. Clients are challenge to "Change" and develop healthy coping skills. Week two begins the healing process, which involves resolving underlying issues and the personal roadblocks to ongoing restoration

Optional Second 12-day Intensive Program: Phase Two
A more in-depth Bibliotherapy Model is utilized in Phase II. In week one, clients continue a deeper exploration of family issues through Art Therapy and Genograms. Week two focuses on learning healthy life skills of "Communication in Relationships," which is vital in Christian restoration. The final days are focused on developing a life plan for Restoration.

Interactive Online Program:
A comprehensive online classroom system. Includes both phase I & II Workbooks, 24 Audio Lectures and Stories, Interactive Group Forums and continuing Alumni Quarterly Newsletter and access. All put together for an in-depth online classroom experience. This interactive program includes 3-phone sessions with one of our counselors. Completion of the course provides a certificate of completion that students display with pride (may be useful for DUI offenders).
